Accounts Assistant

Fixed Term Contract commencing in March 2026.

Initially for 12 months to cover for Maternity Leave Cover.

Full Time

Competitive Salary - dependent on experience

Home Working with occasional travel to Office

Fix Auto, the global accident repair network, is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant is highly motivated, collaborative and enthusiastic, to join its growing Finance Team in the UK.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2027, however there may be the opportunity that role will be made permanent.

Are you looking to start or progress in management accounts? This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and determined to progress and develop their career with training and support provided by an established Finance Team.

This role offers provides a wide variety of support within the Finance team and has an impact on the wider business maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent understanding of the basic accounting functions such as, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, Accruals and Prepayments, Analysing data and producing reports. Graduate in Accountancy and Finance or AAT Strong systems experience including Microsoft Excel and Accountancy software Excellent communication skills as this role will require liaising with colleagues at all levels and being able to communicate financial data effectively is essential. High level of personal and professional integrity Attention to detail Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
