We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated Finance Team, supporting smooth and accurate financial operations across multiple regions including the UK, Australia, and Germany. You'll assist with payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while also handling supplier invoices and statements to maintain strong relationships with our partners.
What you'll be doing
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees.
Handle supplier invoices and statements, maintaining positive relationships with partners.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date.
Help manage and supervise the accounts email inbox, responding to queries efficiently.
Take on additional finance duties as you develop in the role, gaining broader experience within the finance function.
What we're looking for
A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle important financial data confidently.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, to support day-to-day accounting tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Ability to manage and prioritise your workload, working both independently and collaboratively as part of the Finance Team.
Experience with Xero Accounting Software and working with multiple currencies is highly desirable and would be a strong advantage.

This role will initially be fully office-based to support your onboarding and training. Following a successful probation period, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working arrangement, splitting your time between the office and home.
The start date will be the 8th of September 2025.
