OnDemand Truck & Trailer lead the way for online retail purchasing and Rental of HGV Truck and Trailers all across the UK , all of which is controlled from our head office based in Immingham.
As well as our Commercial vehicles Sales & Rental division, the company also has two further arms, DN40 HGV Commercial Vehicle repairs & OnDemand Truck Parts.
Due to our continued growth we are looking for a talented admin/accounts assistant to join our growing team at our Immingham office.
Responsibilities
Credit control
Weekly Invoicing
Assist with accounts payable & receivable duties
Assist with Monthly & Weekly Payroll
Assist Management accountant in month & year end reporting
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have good organizational skills and time management skills, and experience within in a fast-paced working environment.
The successful candidate must have experience with book-keeping practices and accountancy rules and experience working with accounting systems, preferably Xero and sage payroll and Excel
The package offered is negotiable which will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate. Part time roles will also be considered depending on applicant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
