Your new role:
Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of a busy Finance department. Trident is a digital reprographics company and as such provides a service to its customers in return for payment via progressive billing.
This role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week) with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.
What are the responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant?
Assist in the sales invoicing process via a work in progress billing logic which is unique to each client's needs. Working with most well-known global FMCG businesses around the world.
Monitor PO spend and liaise with Production team as necessary to ensure all work can be billed out without query.
Liaise with customers to resolve any invoicing issues and ensure debt is paid in a timely manner.
Regular meetings with relevant stakeholders at all levels for the purpose of WIP and debt management.
Reconcile WIP accounts weekly & monthly to feed into month end sales values.
Analyse company credit card expenditure.
Other general Accounts Receivable, admin tasks and ad hoc reporting as and when required.
Holiday cover for the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient processing and payment of supplier invoices.
Who are we looking for?

o AAT qualified/part qualified

o PC literate - especially Microsoft Excel
o Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
o Excellent communicator
Ability to spot potential errors without supervision
Ability to form successful relationships and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexibly and under own initiative to achieve objectives
