This is a
fixed-term role for 12 months,
until the end of June 2026.The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and based at Bank Top Farm, Leeds, LS21 1PY.
What you'll be doing:
Requesting and reconciling supplier statements against our ledger
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets to track expenditure
Posting supplier invoices and credit notes to the purchase ledger
Raising invoices for internal recharges and external reimbursements
Assisting with audit preparation and other ad hoc finance tasks
Ensuring financial records are accurate, timely, and well maintained
What we're looking for:
Minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
A team player with a proactive and organised approach
Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or working in a finance environment is desirable
Full Driving License is essential

Please note that there is no public transport to our head office where this role would be based, so own transport would be required.
