Working in Accounts/Purchase Ledger at Morgan & Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, ensuring efficient management of supplier accounts and invoice reconciliation. This position also offers opportunities for future career progression within the business.
Responsibilities:
Managing the purchase ledger
Processing purchase invoices
Reconciliation of invoices between purchase and sales ledger
Monthly meter reading billing for managed print
Assist with other accountancy tasks
Skills & Experience:
Maintain our core values and culture at all times
Microsoft skills, in particular Microsoft Office is an advantage but training will be given
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Must be able to organise time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads.
High level of accuracy in checking & processing information
Ability to form good relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors
Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and also work as part of a team
A positive flexible attitude
