Responsibilities
Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments
Perform bank and supplier reconciliations
Support with CIS returns and subcontractor payments
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with month-end accounts and reporting
Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams
General finance admin and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in an Accounts Assistant role
Previous experience working in the construction industry
is essential
Proficient in
Sage
50
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
Immediate availability and commitment to the full 10-week contract
Desirable:
Experience using Construct Manager (
Eque2)
or similar software
