The role is crucial in supporting the day to day financial operations.
Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
- Assisting with the processing of payments and transactions
- Managing Purchase Ledger
- Supporting with month end activities (accruals and prepayments)
- Posting journals
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Adhoc duties that may be required
The successful Accounts Assistant:
- Able to commute to our client's office in Long Eaton
- Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant positions
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
They are offering a salary up to 30,000 for the successful Accounts Assistant.
