Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join Rainworth Skoda, based at our Mansfield dealership and reporting to the Dealership Accountant.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting the dealership with day-to-day banking administration including the daily banking, daily reporting and liaising closely with other departments over the 2 locations, you will be an integral member of the Accounts team
The successful candidate will have previous accounts experience, ideally obtained at a dealership, and who is a true self-starter.
The role includes, but not limited to;
Paying of invoices Monthly ledgers Posting of purchase invoices Daily reconciliation/banking Resolving any supplier queries Sales Ledger credit control Providing daily assistance to Accountant General office duties
About You
Previous experience in accounts/finance environment (at least 12 months) within a car dealership (desirable) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
