The position of Temporary Accounts Assisstant, based at our Newbury Head office will support our current accounts team initially for a 3 month period on part time hours suggested at 16 hrs per week. This may grow into a more full time role as our business is growing quickly and we may need ongoing support in this area.
The role will involve helping with our client credit control and also chasing invoices from our supply chain so that these can be reconciled by a colleague. The applicant will need to have good communication skills, be confident on the phone and be able to use excel.
We are looking to build on the accomplished team we currently have at Newbury who has knowledge of a fast-moving customer focused sales environment.
