: Urban Playground Head Office, Annesley, Nottingham
Role Description:
Joining the accounts team, you will be helping to support the managing of finances for the Urban Playground companies, including Head Office and two venues across the UK.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Logging, maintaining and posting invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders and reconciling accounts to supplier statements
Posting and monitoring petty cash
Investigating purchase ledger queries
Creating company reports
Liaising with suppliers
Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
Processing expenses
Managing company credit cards including reconciliation
Assisting with queries and reporting
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner
Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures
The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role
Skills
Technical
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
Experience in a finance position or with similar responsibilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Skilled in analytical thinking
Good organisational skills and time management
Personal
Positive, 'Can do' attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team
