Alpha Facilities Management & Security Ltd provide professional services and maintenance to schools in South East & London. We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Accounts Assistant to support our team with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate with have strong data entry, excel, word and Microsoft 365 along with excellent communication skills.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage and organise files, documents, and records to ensure easy retrieval.
scheduling appointments and managing calendars for our contractors
Handle incoming phone calls , addressing inquiries dealing with site managers and suppliers.
Preparing reports, quotes and invoices using excel and word.
Maintain an organised workspace.
Collaborate with team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 , Word and Excel
Excellent phone skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Sage accounting software is advantageous but not essential.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week (flexible working hours considered) and willing to cover holiday leave
Willing to work on a self-employed basis
