Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team. If you have hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Role Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the finance department with day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record keeping. Your familiarity with Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks will be essential in ensuring our accounts are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with payroll and VAT returns
Supporting month-end and year-end accounts preparation
Liaising with suppliers and clients regarding payments
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience using Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
Strong numerical and organisational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Previous accounts or finance experience is essential
