As an Accounts Assistant, you'll support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Assisting with payroll and expense claims
Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an accounts/finance role
Ideally either AAT qualified or studying but not essesntial.
Practice experience, particularly in accounts, VAT, and personal tax, as well as a good working understanding of Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and Free Agent, will be essential.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
