Responsibilities
Build and develop a professional relationship with our clients.
Post client invoices, bills & expenses.
Reconcile clients bank accounts.
Check and send supplier statements and keep clients purchase and sales ledgers up to date.
Proactively request client information and documents.
Monitor clients email inboxes and process accordingly.
Prepare client payment run reports.
Prepare payrolls for review.
Prepare clients month end reconciliations and reports for review.
Support the Accounting Technicians and Seniors with other accounting tasks.
Perform various office duties, like answering the phone, filing etc.
Any other ad-hoc activities and duties as required by the company.
Skills
2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Xero certified and knowledge of other apps would be beneficial.
CONNECT with clients effectively and professionally.
Commitment to learning new skills, developing and SHARING your knowledge.
ACT with due care and attention and ensure confidentiality is applied at all times.
Ability to LISTEN and follow instructions.
