, a well-established and growing company based in Stockport, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Administrator
to join our friendly finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in finance or accounts administration who is looking for a long-term role in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Liaise with suppliers, auditors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Perform general admin duties within the finance department
Requirements:
Experience as an Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant, or similar role
Confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and use own initiative
Team player with a trustworthy, discreet approach
