We are currently looking for a part time Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our expanding Finance Team in our Sussex Studio.

We operate from multiple studios including Worthing seafront, Central London and Central Bristol, specialising in a wide range of sectors, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality.
Position overview
Alongside the Management Accountant and Finance Director, you will be a key member of the team providing support for all the companies within the ECE Group.
Main responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations
Daily inputting purchase invoices to Xero
Daily processing Credit Card Transactions to Xero through Dext software
Monthly Credit card reconciliations
Preparing weekly CPD seminar invoices
Preparing monthly sales invoices ready for review
Ad hoc duties as required by Finance Director and Management Accountant
Key Requirements
A confident, can-do approach to all aspects of work
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience of Xero accounting software
Experience of Dext software is beneficial, but not essential
Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Outlook and Windows
Experience of working in an SME
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Professional integrity and confidentiality
Salary & Package
This position is offered on a part-time permanent basis. Anticipated working hours could be 4 or 5 days per week, 3 hours per morning, open to some discussion.
Salary for this role is based on a full time equivalent of 25-27k prorated depending on experience, along with company benefits.

ECE Sussex is a modern, highly sociable studio, just a stone throw from the seafront in West Sussex.
The studio is conveniently located within a short walk of Worthing and East Worthing train station and there is free parking within a 15-minute walk.
