Your principal responsibilities, under supervision of our Practice Accounts Manager, will be to:
Supporting our Legal Cashier to maintain the firm's accounts in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and Law Society / CQS practise management standards; and
operate & administer our solicitors' accounts & client database system (OneAdvanced Legal) in liaison with our software suppliers.
including:
allocation and posting of receipts and payments;
Purchase Ledger
archiving of client files (via an online portal).
Reception relief cover & admin duties
Supporting Health & Safety
Adhoc tasks (when needed)
You will possess integrity, trustworthiness and enjoy working to a high standard as part of a dedicated professional team.
