Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping tasks. Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices. Utilize accounting software QuickBooks for financial reporting. Support month-end processes and reconciliations. Provide assistance during audits and prepare necessary documentation. Purchase and Sales ledger entry.

Requirements

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills for liaising with internal staff and external vendors.
