Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team at Drake A-V Video Ltd. This role is crucial in managing our credit control processes to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities



Manage the credit control process to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices through calls and emails. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any payment disputes or issues. Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers regarding payments. Some bookkeeping work

Requirements

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role in an accounting environment. Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 01/07/2025
