The Role
We are looking for an
Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator
to join our team. The role will support our accounts department and help with the smooth day-to-day running of the business. It is
100% office-based
in Bridgend, with flexible working hours available by discussion.
Responsibilities
Input and process purchase and sales invoices
Assist with payroll preparation and staff wages
Support HR functions and maintain employee records
Help with supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and credit control
General bookkeeping and financial admin support
Provide wider office administration as needed
Requirements
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Competent IT skills (Excel, Word, email systems)
Understanding of accountancy practices or business financials is an advantage
Previous admin or office experience (accounts experience desirable)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
