Job Summary:



The postholder will work within the accounts receivable team in a high paced environment, translating NHS activity into invoices and excel spreadsheets in our accounting package and Tradeshift, as necessary for NHS requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Processing invoices for medication charges from the pharmacy and our in house patient system to the accounting package and the NHS systems Processing invoices for assessment charges from our in house patient system to the accounting package and the NHS systems Log accurate records within various systems including Tradeshift Keep Excel spreadsheets and Accounting Packages up to date. Monthly reporting accurately on above activities. Provide ad-hoc support within the wider Accounts Receivable department where necessary, and duties aren't limited to the above Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture.

Qualifications and Experience:



Experience working with NHS Billing preferred but not necessary An ability to produce high-quality, well-structured reports and spreadsheet Excellent attention to detail as high level data accuracy is required Calm and confident manner Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel (essential) An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Be a natural problem solver
