Accounts Clerk
Job Description
Gowercroft Joinery are a premium manufacturer and installer of timber windows and doors for commercial and domestic customers. We're a fast-growing, dynamic business with significant room to grow for the right individual. We are seeking a Accounts Clerk to provide immediate support to the Finance Manager.
Roles to include:
Raise invoices for all companies within the group each month
Enter invoices into accounting systems (Sage and Quickbooks)
Update customer accounts, Resolve customer queries and chase outstanding payments
Adhoc tasks to assist/support finance teams
What we're looking for :
Great communication skills both by email and over the phone
Self-Motivated with the ability of working as part of a team and independently
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Quickbooks and Sage
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (desirable)
Experience working through system or process changes (desirable)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 13.75 per hour
