Accounts Clerk and Administration Assistant

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Financial Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Payroll, benefits and pension processing.

Assistance with Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.

- Provide support during audits and financial inspections.

Communication and Administration Support:

- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions. Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and organising office supplies

Data Entry and Maintenance:

- Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Support the purchasing and goods inward process.

Scheduling and Coordination:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

- Maintain calendars and assist with meeting arrangements.

Document Management:

- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

- Prepare and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.

Practice and promote the company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policy

Any other duties as agreed between the post-holder and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
