We are seeking a capable and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers flexibility in working patterns, with the option to work school-friendly hours or two full working days per week
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable activities, including processing supplier invoices and managing reconciliations with the potential to take on additional duties as required by the company. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our finance operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with internal teams and suppliers
