We are looking to recruit someone to join our small family team in Birmingham. The role will be assisting the Financial Director with there requirements and the Managing Director with monthly reports.
Good telephone manner

Computer literacy & good working knowledge of excel
Knowledge of sage accounts
Posting Visa's and cash ledger
Bank reconciliation & general ledger
Dealing with customers & suppliers
Purchase & sales ledger
General admin duties
Ability to follow instructions
Eye for detail
Working well with others & alone
Ability to maintain & improve client relationships
Days of work - Monday and Wednesday 8am-430pm with 30min lunch
Based in Tyseley, Birmingham
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
