We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments as needed.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to support administrative functions.
Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Effective phone etiquette and customer support abilities.
Bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is preferred.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required.
