We're seeking an Accounts Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover contract from January 2026 to April 2027.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contractor payments.
Client invoicing.
Manage credit control processes.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports.
Maintain and manage timesheet submissions and approvals.
Ensure client compliance requirements are met.
Support with monthly management accounts.
Key Skills Required:
Previous accounts experience is essential.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise tasks.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the industry is desired.
