Accounts & Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable individual to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will combine light accounts administration with customer service support, ideally suited to someone looking for flexible hours (e.g. school-time working pattern).

Key Responsibilities



Accounts & Administration:



Input supplier and customer invoices into QuickBooks. Monitor customer payments, chase overdue invoices, and send statements. Keep records accurate and up to date, liaising with suppliers/customers as required.

Customer Service:



Answer and respond to customer service enquiries (by phone and email). Manage enquiries from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Provide general administrative support to the wider team where required.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Hours



Part-time, flexible working. Ideal for someone seeking school hours (e.g. 9.15am-2.30pm, Monday-Friday). Around 20-25 hours per week, with potential for flexibility.

Salary Range



12 - 15 per hour (depending on experience).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 17,423.88-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
