We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and conducting outreach to generate new business.
Utilise Monday CRM to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyse sales performance data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position.
Proficiency in Monday CRM or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in leadership roles is advantageous but not essential.
