Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self motivated Accounts & Finance Manager to join our small busy department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting, as well as the ability to oversee financial planning and accounts payable.

Responsibilities



Reconciliation of various accounts Purchasing invoices HMRC - PAYE, VAT, P11D information Daily cashflow and banking Payment management Month-end financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting Monitor and reduce aged debt while maintaining strong customer relationships Supervision of finance officer

Requirements



Experience in financial management and accounting Strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing effectively.. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Sage accounts experience Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g.,AAT, ACCA,) are desirable but not essential with relevant experience
