What You'll Be Doing:

Manage daily finance activities including AP, AR, credit control, bank reconciliations, and VAT submissions. Prepare monthly management accounts and liaise with external accountants. Take a proactive role in managing records and ensuring compliance.

What We're Looking For:

5 years' experience in a similar role with substantial practical knowledge. Strong experience with accounting software. Possesses a natural talent for numbers and data analysis, with the ability to interpret financial data and help drive informed, strategic decisions. Excellent Excel skills and IT literacy (MS Outlook, Word etc). Ability to work independently, organise multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure. Well-honed problem-solving and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, and confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Extras:

Knowledge of international trade (FX, banking). Experience with dual jurisdiction VAT returns (GB & ROI) and inter-company trading. Background working in industrial or safety sectors is an advantage.

Salary:

Dependent on experience (DOE).
