We're looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join our exciting, friendly and expanding Personal Injury team. The right candidate will have a strong commercial awareness, be passionate about legal services and be dedicated and excited to work for our firm.

ROLE:

To be an integral member of the Accounts Team dealing with a wide range of tasks as detailed below.

What We Are Looking For:

Aptitude to proactively maintain and manage your own work load. Capability to plan and priorities your case load effectively, working to deadlines, timely and accurately whilst demonstrating decision-making skills and the talent to work in a target driven environment. Excellent communication skills together with the confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines. Candidates must be professional, with an excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team successfully. The ability to work within a team and also under your own initiative. Enthusiastic, driven with the aspiration to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and competitive environment. Working with a case management system Attention to Detail Good mathematical skills Basic IT skills Ability to communicate effectively

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing incoming cheques Processing Client Payments and Disbursements Payments Clearing Client Balances Checking costs are correct with ledger Updating spreadsheets Dealing with emails from fee earners Closing/arching of case files Complying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
