Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in our office, the Account Manager will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth financial operations, contributing to our company's mission of outperforming competitors through excellent service.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Oversee accounts payable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in record-keeping. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts management. Support the implementation of new accounting procedures to improve efficiency. Provide insights on account performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or finance roles within the construction supply or retail industry. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of the construction tools and machinery market is a plus.
