Summary

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Process invoices and payments using accounting software.
Collaborate with logistics teams to support operational financial needs.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Sage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
