We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics for management review Identify opportunities for account growth and work to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the finance sector Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
