Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records using various accounting software. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounting or finance to contribute to our organisation's success while developing their professional skills.

Duties



Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to record transactions and generate reports Liaise with clients regarding billing, payments, and account queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements for review Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Support the onboarding of new clients by setting up accounts within relevant software systems

Qualifications



Proven experience working with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and financial record keeping Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in account management or finance roles is preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,750.00-53,188.98 per year
