We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties
Manage and maintain client accounts using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage or Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile financial statements and ensure data integrity across all platforms
Prepare detailed financial reports for internal review and client communication
Liaise with clients to address queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide ongoing support
Assist in the optimisation of accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with our Accountants team to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or bookkeeping within a professional setting
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms including Excel or Google Sheets
Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and financial reconciliation processes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
A recognised qualification in accounting or finance is desirable but not essential

Who we are
We are a group of Companies based in property and tech, and are looking to grow the businesses with monthly management accounts across 3 Companies. The main focus for whomever joins us will be our Property management operation with particular attention to the monitoring and management of expenses. This will be an active role requiring communication with creditors, debtors, clients and prospective clients too with regard to invoicing, billing and managing cashflow.
Previous experience with Estate Agency accounting preferred but not necessary.
