Job Summary



Developing and manages client accounts to increase sales of the company's security services and products, Taking responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of several business accounts, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer expectations, Checking clients' financial standing (through credit checks and reference agencies) before offering long-term security contracts or credit facilities, Establishing terms of service contracts and payment schedules, ensures timely invoicing and collection, renegotiates terms when required, and initiates recovery procedures in the event of non-payment, Carrying out and/or supervising general accounting, payroll, and administrative duties related to security staff scheduling, deployment, and contract management.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, technical sales acumen, and the ability to analyze market trends to foster growth in B2B sales environments.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with clients' needs. Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals. Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Participate in regular meetings with internal teams to discuss account status and address any challenges.

Experience



Proven experience in account management or a similar role within B2B sales environments. Strong background in technology sales or technical sales preferred. Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
