Job Description
The Fat Butcher is an online meat delivery company based in the North East with a shop in Bebside. We ship to over 3,000 customers per week.
We are keen to recruit an accounts manager working across various areas including accounts, customer service and admin
This is an exciting role to help develop the brand and business.
There is also opportunity to progress within the business
Key duties
Creating purchase orders for the suppliers Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances Completing VAT returns Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets Preparing employee wages Managing employee expense claims
Qualifications
Experience in xero Experience in all office based software Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
