Supervise any Accounts Assistants and support wider office management duties such as stationery and equipment procurement. Keep up to date with changes to the law and Solicitors Accounts Rules, ensuring the firm remains compliant. Provide excellent client care and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all dealings with third parties. Support the management team in implementing the firm's business plan and maintaining effective internal controls. Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and ensure all work is performed accurately and reliably in line with the firm's quality and risk procedures.

What we need from you:

Extensive experience managing accounts within a law firm. Strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, VAT, and Money Laundering Regulations. Previous experience working within a Lexcel-accredited firm is essential. Excellent IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
