We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator based at our Leyburn office.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the supplier process across all companies within the group Check Supplier statements and follow up with suppliers as necessary Prepare and upload monthly supplier payment files Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure disputed invoices are cleared for payment Intercompany supplier invoice unput and reconciliations Completion of new supplier application forms and setting up on SAGE Supplier record updates Provide holiday/overflow cover to all departments within the group.

Qualifications

Experience of SAGE Line 50 Proficient in Microsoft packages Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proven experience in a similar Accounts Administrator role is desirable and experience within the Construction sector is preferable
Location - Leyburn office based

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
