We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Administrator (3-Month Temporary Contract)

Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts payable function.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies Ensuring payments are made in accordance with company policies and payment terms Communicating with vendors to resolve invoice or payment queries Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations Assisting with month-end processes and reporting as required Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes Supporting the wider Finance Team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Working Arrangements

This position is based at our Head Office in Crawley with potential to go hybrid after first month. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to pick up new systems quickly Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
