What You'll Do
As an
Accounts Payable Specialist
, you'll play a key role in keeping our finance operations on track. You'll:
Process high-volume invoices accurately and on time
Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies
Manage supplier purchase ledgers and build strong supplier relationships
Maintain vendor files and payment records in line with internal controls
Prepare and process weekly supplier and client payment runs
Collaborate with operations, finance, and suppliers to resolve queries
Support month-end closing and reporting as required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with both numbers and people.
Essential requirements:
2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Strong knowledge of AP procedures and best practices
Familiarity with ERP systems and banking platforms
Proficiency in Excel and data entry
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
