Accounts Payable Analyst
Job Description
Wilkinson & Associates is partnering with a leading business based in central Glasgow to help source an Accounts Payable to join an established finance team - our client offers a hybrid working model.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your role have a strong emphasis on Payables however other duties may be required.
The role would be well suited to someone with extensive experience within Accounts Payable or equally someone currently in an Finance Assistant role covering varying transactional duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail to succeed and grow in a market leading and dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching, batching, coding and processing of all supplier invoices
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Monthly payment runs
- Assisting the Finance Manager with any ad hoc duties
Essential:
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills (MS Office applications)
