Accounts Payable and Receivable Co-Ordinator

Location: Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire


Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 (based on experience)

Labman are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active,

Accounts Payable and Receivable Co-Ordinator

to join our dynamic workforce at our globally recognised and multi-award-winning company. Headquartered in North Yorkshire, specialising in design and manufacture of bespoke laboratory automation systems and products for a diverse range of industries worldwide.

Duties to include but not limited to :

Accurately process a high volume of invoices ensuring timely payments to vendors Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Supplier and customer record maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Coding and entering employee credit card expenses accurately Creation and issue of sales invoices and credit notes Allocating payments and investigating any differences Proactively following up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and letters Reporting into and supporting the Finance Manager with any ad-hoc tasks Support system development and process improvements

You will bring:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to

multitask and prioritise workloads

Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

Working knowledge of

Sage Intacct

or similar would be an advantage but not essential AAT would be advantageous
