Accounts Payable Assistant.

A bit about Airhop....

Airhop is a fast leader in the indoor trampoline park sector, with an ambitious growth plan and an expanding footprint. As they drive towards 50 UK parks by 2026, they are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant with a strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of invoices and payments, supporting the finance team to maintain smooth financial operations.

The role

Process supplier invoices and employee expenses Match invoices to purchase orders supplier statements reconciliations Posting supplier payments Assist with supplier payment runs Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Xero experience (desired)
