This role will suit someone with prior experience working in an accounts environment or purchasing team.
We are recruiting an Accounts Payable assistant in the finance team of Choice Care Group in our Head office in Bracknell.
You will need to be a self-starter, able to demonstrate organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, be a good communicator and a problem solver.
You'll be happy to be hands on and work on your own initiative but also be able to work together as a team to meet key deadlines.

Responsibilities
Typical day to day Accounts Payable assistant tasks:
Processing Invoices on Sage Intacct
Download key supplier invoices from portals
Matching Invoices to purchase orders and querying any differences
Managing the Accounts Payable mailbox
Supplier Statement reconciliation
Supplier query resolution
Supporting the Purchasing team with ad hoc projects and tasks eg raising purchase orders or requesting quotes from suppliers
Assisting with new supplier set up
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks
Helping to clear down and manage supplier aging
Ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
Requirements
Previous experience in an accounts department or purchasing department
A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude
Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask
Good Excel experience
Excellent organisation skills
Friendly and approachable attitude
Good telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Requirements
Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
