About the role...

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with Avove? We're looking for a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity, offering the flexibility of hybrid working--both from home and our welcoming Chorley office.

Reporting directly to the Transactional Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of accounts payable services across the business. What will your day look like...

Processing supplier invoices end to end Adhering to procedures to process vendor payment runs Respond to emails timely regarding accounts payable related issues and queries Creating vendor remittance advice notes Communicate and build positive relationships with internal and external vendors and key stakeholders Run Accounts Payable related reports Reconcile supplier accounts and statements Manage internal and external queries from customers and contracts Any other ad hoc accounting to support the wider finance teams

About you...

Accounts payable experience Hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite Accounts Payable module or other similar system Experience of outsourced project-based industries or construction Strong organisational skills Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables/Look ups)
