Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Accounts department, for an Accounts Payable Assistant to assist in the daily running of the department and facilitate the achievement of department objectives.

The role



As Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for processing Suppliers invoices accurately and in a timely manner. You will prepare and post the Supplier Payment runs.

You will liaise with all departments within the business regarding copies of delivery notes and invoices, and resolve any discrepancies and outstanding issues.

You will monitor and manage the Aged Debtors report, proactively identifying overdue invoices, unallocated payments and looking for resolutions.

You will also support colleagues across the Accounts function with finance processes, helping to keep everything running seamlessly.

The ideal candidate



The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Accounts Payable role and have a proactive, flexible approach and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individual who take pride in their work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 32,500.00 per year
